At Amazing Grace Spa, we aim to provide unparalleled service, so please be on time to enjoy the full length of your service. In an effort to respect everyone’s time and busy schedules, including clients with appointments scheduled after yours, late arrivals can use their remaining time to enjoy their service or reschedule for another day. However, a reschedule is treated as a missed appointment and a $25.00 fee will be applied. Please try to avoid stress in your life and allow ample time to arrive and relax.

In addition, Amazing Grace Spa also requires 24 hours (36 hours is preferred) when canceling an appointment, so that we may have ample time to offer that appointment to another client. A $25.00 fee will be applied for appointments cancelled or rescheduled without the 24 hour notice. You will receive an invoice via email for $25.00. Future late cancellations(more than 1 on a six month period) will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service.

No Show Policy– A no show (no notification missed appointment or arriving more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time) will result in a fee equal to the full charge for the scheduled service. The fee is required to be paid prior to booking any future appointments. If a package or promotional gift certificate is on file, the fee will be deducted from your account.

Your appointment your responsibility-As a courtesy, we offer email and optional text confirmations and reminders of appointments. However, failing to read them or receive them does not waive your responsibility for your scheduled service.

Appointment Reservations do require a credit card. Think of this like reserving a hotel room. Your card will not be charged anything unless you "no show" or fail to give us sufficient notice of cancellation. When you enter your card in the scheduler, your card is secure. We do not have access to your card number.
